- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Beat egg with water in another shallow bowl.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.
- Coat each chicken tenderloin in flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange coated tenderloins in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.

- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time depending on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, spray tenderloins lightly with oil before cooking.
