Crispy and juicy chicken tenders made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat eggs in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Place tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
