- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
- Rub chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mix.
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, without overcrowding.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the skin dry thoroughly.
- Adjust cooking time if using boneless thighs.
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
