Ingredients

- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and cut potatoes into thin fries.
- Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Serve hot.

- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for crispier results.
- Adjust cooking time based on desired crispiness.
- Soaking removes excess starch for better texture.
