- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko, parmesan, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge chicken strips in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with oil before cooking.
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs and flour if needed.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken strips.
