Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer tofu that’s easy to make and perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss tofu cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, cook tofu in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
