Description
Crispy tofu made in an air fryer with minimal oil.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- Cut tofu into cubes.
- Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Toss tofu cubes in the mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook tofu for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
Notes
- Use extra-firm tofu for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
