Crispy tofu made in an air fryer with minimal oil.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes.
  3. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil in a bowl.
  4. Toss tofu cubes in the mixture.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Cook tofu for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.

Notes

  • Use extra-firm tofu for best texture.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve with dipping sauce.
