- 1 lb white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or tilapia)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut fish fillets into 1-inch thick strips.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each fish strip into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated fish sticks on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
