Description

Crispy baked potatoes made easily in an air fryer. Perfect as a side dish or a base for toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly. Prick each potato with a fork 4-5 times.
  3. Rub potatoes with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place potatoes in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is crispy and inside is tender.
  6. Check for doneness by inserting a fork. Cook longer if needed.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • For extra crispiness, brush with more oil halfway through cooking.
