Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Soak chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, double-coat the chicken.
- Adjust sriracha to control spiciness.
- Serve with rice or in a sandwich.
