  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Soak chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
  9. Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
