Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon cubes dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Dredge salmon in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  8. Toss salmon bites in the sauce or drizzle on top.
  9. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
