Description

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In another bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
- Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry chicken in batches for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
