  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green and red cabbage, grated carrots, diced red bell pepper, chopped cilantro, and sliced green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
