- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Add a pinch of chili powder for a spicy kick.
- Check chicken internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
