Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix panko, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
  4. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  6. Toast ciabatta rolls lightly.
  7. Spread Caesar dressing on both sides of each roll.
  8. Layer romaine lettuce, crispy chicken, and shaved Parmesan on the roll.
  9. Serve immediately.
