- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix panko, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Toast ciabatta rolls lightly.
- Spread Caesar dressing on both sides of each roll.
- Layer romaine lettuce, crispy chicken, and shaved Parmesan on the roll.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pan-fry the chicken instead of baking.
- Add bacon or tomatoes for extra flavor.
