  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat each piece in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  6. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Stir well.
  7. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Return chicken to the pan, coating it with the sauce. Serve hot.
