- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce

- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, salt, and black pepper. Cook until crispy.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds.
- Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Layer chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and cheese.
- Roll tortillas tightly and cut in half.
- Serve immediately.
