A delicious and easy-to-make crispy chicken wrap with garlic sauce and fries.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups frozen fries
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake fries for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut chicken into strips.
  3. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
  5. Coat chicken in flour mix, dip in egg mix, then coat again in flour.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and crispy.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice for the sauce.
  8. Assemble wraps with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and garlic sauce.
  9. Serve with fries.
