- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups frozen fries
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and bake fries for 20 minutes.
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour mix, dip in egg mix, then coat again in flour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice for the sauce.
- Assemble wraps with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and garlic sauce.
- Serve with fries.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Adjust garlic amount to taste.
- For a healthier option, bake the chicken instead of frying.
