Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place beaten eggs in another bowl and crushed cornflakes in a third bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then the eggs, then coat with cornflakes.
  5. Place coated chicken on the baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
