  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a bowl and cover with dill pickle juice. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry. Dredge in flour.
  4. Dip floured chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
