- 500g gnocchi
- 200g fresh spinach
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook gnocchi according to package instructions.
- Drain gnocchi and let them dry slightly.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add gnocchi to the pan and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Toss in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
