Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, melted butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss salmon bites in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon bites for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Serve warm.
