- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Drizzle hot honey over chicken and sprinkle with feta cheese.
- Serve immediately.
