Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
