- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish.
- Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook tilapia for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove fillets and set aside on a plate.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Pour the garlic lemon butter sauce over the tilapia and serve immediately.
