- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish.
- Coat each fillet evenly with the flour mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Transfer fish to a plate and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Pour sauce over the fish and serve immediately.
