Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish.
  3. Coat each fillet evenly with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

  7. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  8. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
