- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken pieces on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- You can use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
