Description

Crispy Parmesan Chicken with a Dreamy Garlic Cream Sauce is a delicious and easy-to-make dish. The chicken is coated in a crispy parmesan crust and served with a rich garlic cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Beat eggs in another dish. Place flour in a third dish.
  4. Coat chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  8. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  9. Serve chicken with sauce drizzled on top.

  • Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
