- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Form small balls from the potato mixture and flatten them slightly.
- Place a small amount of cheddar cheese in the center of each potato ball and seal it.
- Dip each ball in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the potato bites until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.

- Use a non-stick pan for easier flipping.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
