Description

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Place onions, carrots, and potatoes in the crock pot.
  3. Add the beef on top of the vegetables.
  4. Pour balsamic vinegar and beef broth over the beef.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic and thyme.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  7. Shred the beef and serve with vegetables.
