  • 1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 4 medium carrots, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes, quartered

Instructions

  1. Place the corned beef brisket in the crock pot.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and spices on top.
  3. Pour in the beef broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Add the carrots and potatoes, then cook for an additional 2 hours.
  6. In the last hour, add the cabbage wedges.
