- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place diced ham, potatoes, and onion in the crock pot.
- Add chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in milk and cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- You can add vegetables like carrots or celery for extra flavor.
- For a thicker soup, mash some of the potatoes before serving.
