  • 2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, beef broth, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  2. Place sliced beef in the crockpot and pour the sauce over the beef, stirring to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the beef is tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add broccoli florets to the crockpot, stirring to combine.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
