Ingredients

- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook and crumble the breakfast sausage in a skillet.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Layer the hash browns, sausage, and cheese in the crockpot.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until set.

- Can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
