Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Layer the hash brown patties at the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns.
  5. Add diced bell peppers and onions on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.
