- 10 hash brown patties
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
- Layer the hash brown patties at the bottom.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns.
- Add diced bell peppers and onions on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check for doneness before serving.
