Description
A comforting dish of chicken and noodles cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups of carrots, sliced
- 2 cups of celery, sliced
- 2 cups of egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, onion, carrots, celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
- Add egg noodles and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until noodles are tender.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- You can add peas or corn for extra veggies.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
