Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, carrots, celery, onion, chicken broth, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in the crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
  4. Add gnocchi and spinach to the crockpot.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
