Ingredients

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers on top.
  3. Pour vegetable broth over the ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken before serving.
