Description
A creamy and cheesy corn dip made in a crockpot.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans of corn, drained
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
- Stir well to mix everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Stir occasionally until cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less jalapeños.
- This dip can be made ahead and reheated.
- Top with extra cheese or green onions for garnish.
