Instructions
- Preheat crockpot on low.
- Mix ground beef, French onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, egg, and milk in a bowl.
- Shape into a loaf and place in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Top with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese.
- Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes until cheese melts.
