Ingredients

- 1 bag frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the hashbrowns, cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, and melted butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- You can substitute the cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom for a vegetarian option.
