Description

A creamy and delicious mac and cheese made easily in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In the crockpot, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, heavy cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a crispier top, broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes after cooking.
