Description
This easy crockpot meal with ground beef is perfect for a quick dinner. Just throw everything in the slow cooker and let it do the work!
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Taco shells or tortillas
- Toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve in taco shells or tortillas, topped with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- You can add additional vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor.
- This mixture can also be used for nachos or burrito bowls.
