- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Place chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add vegetable broth and vegetables.
- Season with garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
