- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 croissants, halved
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Halve croissants and lightly toast if desired.
- Place lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Spoon chicken salad mixture onto lettuce.
- Top with the remaining croissant halves.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
