Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip chicken strips into the beaten egg, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove chicken from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
  7. Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add a layer of mozzarella cheese, then top with chicken strips.
  8. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides.
  9. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
