- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip chicken strips into the beaten egg, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove chicken from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add a layer of mozzarella cheese, then top with chicken strips.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
