Instructions

  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in curry powder, turmeric, and cumin.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook basmati rice according to package instructions.
  7. Serve curry chicken over rice and garnish with cilantro.
