- 2 tbsp milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool, then cut into heart shapes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing.
- Decorate the hearts with icing and sprinkles.
