A simple and healthy pasta recipe for the Daniel Fast.
Ingredients

- 2 cups whole wheat pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Add spinach, salt, and pepper, and stir until spinach wilts.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and toss well.
- Serve warm.

- Ensure all ingredients are Daniel Fast approved.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Can be served cold as a pasta salad.
