Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the vegetable mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss well and serve hot.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
- For extra flavor, consider adding herbs like basil or oregano.
